Dr. Pao’s office is the best! They have the kindest and most knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to help patients. From a last minute emergency to extra contacts, they are always so helpful and accommodating. Dr. Pao is also wonderful and so kind, and she always explains things thoroughly to her patients. I would highly highly recommend them. Everyone should get their care here!

Dr. Pao and her staff are top notch. My kids come here for their ortho K prescriptions and they make sure that my kids know exactly what to do and why they’re doing it. They are always so friendly and willing to help when issues arise, like rushing an order or making time to reschedule an appointment.

Dr. Pao is wonderful, professional, efficient and pleasant. I’ve seen Dr Pao for over 15 years. I’ve had all sorts of eye issues; splashing corrosive chemicals in my eye, weird under eyelid cysts, clogged tear ducts and the list goes on and on, including comprehensive annual eye exams. Dr Pao is highly knowledgeable, stays current on medical eye issues, as well as being chosen as an optometrist who is selected for conducting medical research both domestic and internationally. Her front desk staff is friendly and the office is very clean. 10 stars Dr. Pao.

Best optometrist ever. I can't imagine going to anyone else. I wear orthokeratology lenses (like contact lens, but you wear them at night and remove them in the morning). And Dr. Pao and her staff have been nothing, but amazing. Bonus points because her office is right in the heart of Oakland Chinatown, so I can eat at all these yummy places after an appointment. Yay!

Dr. Pao really works with me to make sure my lenses are comfortable and perform the best they can. Highly recomend
